About NCDC
The Northern California Dachshund Club, Inc. was formed effective 8/6/1957. Our mission is to promote the breed and encourage the improvement of purebred Dachshunds, and to conform to the Dachshund standards as set forth by the Dachshund Club of America
    The NCDC will hold shows, exhibitions, matches and trials in compliance with the rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club.
    The NCDC's goal is also to encourage the advancement and protect the interest of Dachshunds, as well as to popularize the breed.

Membership Information:
Applicants for membership shall be sponsored by two members of the club in good standing. A home visit may be required, name to be published in the Newsletter, after which the board will reject or accept the application within sixty (60) days. Regular membership in the club shall be open to all persons interested in the breeding, welfare and development of Dachshunds and who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club.
